NP 830 Topic 8 Final Evaluation by Mentor

Students will access the completed mentor evaluations in Typhon under the tab for “EASI: Evaluation and Survey Instrument” and print out the completed evaluation, sign it, and upload the signed evaluation into LoudCloud.The mentor will perform a final clinical evaluation via the Typhon system. The mentor will receive an e-mail link at the beginning of Topic 6 to access the evaluation through Typhon.

The course faculty will review the evaluation in LoudCloud and confirm in Typhon.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the mentor has completed evaluation. If the mentor does not receive the evaluation via the e-mail address on file with GCU, the student should contact the course faculty immediately.
