There is a small test and there are only 6 questions about food you do not need to read any books just general questions. you need to write answers. Here are the questions.
Question 1- List a food item that is in a package and only has 1 ingredient listed on the ingredients label. Provide the name of the food item and then the ingredient list. This is a food item that you can eat. Do not use flour, sugar, oil, spices, salt, pepper, condiments, tea, coffee or bottled water. This means the package contains only one ingredient, no preservatives or additives.

Question 2- List a food item that has at least 15 ingredients listed on the label. Provide the brand name of the food item and then the ingredient list.
Question 3- Find a food item that provides at least 30% of the DV for calcium in one serving as listed on the label. List the product and brand name and the amount of calcium in 1 serving. Do not use a data base. You need an actual food label.
Question 4- Find a food item that provides at least 10% of the DV for vitamin D in one serving as listed on the label. List the product name and the percentage of the DV for vitamin D in one serving.
Question 5- Find a food item that provides at least 25% of the DV for sodium in one serving as listed on the label. List the product name and the amount of sodium in milligrams (650 mg) in 1 serving. You will have to look at both the amount of sodium and the percent DV.
Question 6- Find a food item in a package that has at least 5 grams of dietary fiber per serving as listed on the label. List the brand and product name and the amount of fiber in 1 serving. Do not use a data base. Read labels.
