REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is designed for your convenience. One qualifies for 100% refund if there occurs a double payment, payment for identical orders, the order is not serviced, or when an order is duly cancelled. A client is eligible for 70% refund when he or she cancels an order that has been assigned to a writer, and the writer confirms with proof that the order is already half way done. A 50% refund will be processed when the writer has completed more than half of the paper or the order is sent back for revision and the company cannot find a suitable writer to complete it as is. REVISION POLICY
We have a diligent team of writers and support system who are committed to fulfilling all the order requirements. We encourage our clients to provide accurate and complete instructions when placing orders to avoid the need for revisions. Even so, in the event that you (The Client) are not satisfied with a particular work, you are free to ask for a revision. Our standard revision policy is such that major revisions take a minimum of 12 hours to complete. For minor revisions, we work on them almost immediately. When asking for a revision, you are advised to provide all the necessary details to avoid misunderstandings and repeat revisions.
DELIVERY TIME
We value your time. Thus, we are committed to timely delivery of orders. We deliver far before the deadline. However, due to some unforeseeable circumstances, orders may take longer than anticipated. In such cases, we communicate with the affected client in time even as we engage all mechanisms to ensure that we meet the deadline.
