Discussion: Mobile Design Strategies

Web pages designed for desktop computers often end up producing a poor user experience on a mobile device. Information can be lost in the limited space on mobile devices’ small screens. This makes designing for mobile media tricky. For example, is it better to create one long page, where users must scroll, or several short pages that users click through? Each style has advantages and disadvantages. For example, scrolling through a page is easy for users; however, large pages can take a long time to load. In these situations, frequently there is no one right answer.
