Health care organizations, by their nature, must constantly strive to improve patient care. Many different approaches to improvement have been utilized over the years. In this discussion, you critically evaluate a number of these historical and contemporary approaches and consider what is most effective. You then apply those approaches to your case study, and analyze the effect they might have had on the outcome of that case.
