1. The proposal must be reviewed carefully to ensure the following:

-All headings according to the DNP project template are present and in the correct order (subheadings are fine as relates to the content)

-All APA 7th edition formatting: Use of bold for the headings; equal double spacing; all Appendices present and identified in the appropriate section of the narrative;

-References and in-text citations are error-free.

-Remove all sections that are not yet completed (such as the abstract and so forth).

2. I have highlights some portions in the project that needs some adjustment to match with the rest of the project. initially, the project was on Implementation of of PHQ-9 in outpatient clinic. I modified it after I completed those highlighted sections and is now on Staff Education on Depression in an out-patient mental health clinic. (I hope you understand the difference).
