PREPARATION
After readings attached documents reflect on experiences of leaders whose actions were either authoritarian or inclusive. What are the differences in feelings and in peers responded to these leaders? Use research that supports critical thinking on relational models of leadership.
ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

- Describe the primary principles of relational theories. What common patterns or distinctions do you identify in the literature?
- Assess personal and group perspectives to resolve differing views in the workplace. Use a current or past work example.
- Describe personal barriers that prevent adoption of an exogenic perspective. Reflect on work experiences where you were at odds with others. What personal practices can you identify?
- Based on the literature you have read, consider what you can do to become more exogenic in the workplace.
Your analysis should be written coherently to support a central idea, with correct grammar, usage, and mechanics as expected of a business professional.
ASSIGNMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Written communication: Demonstrate doctoral-level writing skills through accurate communication of thoughts that convey the overall goals of the analysis and do not detract from the message.
- Format: Use current edition APA formatting, including correct in-text citations, proper punctuation, double spacing throughout, proper headings and subheadings, no extra line spaces before headings and subheadings, proper paragraph and block indentation, no bolding, one-inch margins all around, and no bullets.
- References: Include at least 5 resources from the Capella library.
- Length: 3–5 pages, not including title, abstract, and references pages.
- Font and font size: Times New Roman, 12 point.
