1. Provide a synthesis (a specific type of literature analysis) of the literature supporting the gap in practice you have identified in this Unit that is precise and scholarly.
2. You will also connect the financial return and information technology use for the optimization of patient care delivery.
3. Do not use first person.
4. Structure the paper into themes from the articles/literature.
5. Use a minimum of six articles to support your proposed practice change with the concepts of leadership theories and organizational models.
