Suppose that you are the leader of a team of significant size. One of your team members is ready to handle more responsibilities. Power can be defined as the ability to bring about changes in the immediate environment. Power can be exercised by an individual, or a group over other individuals, groups, or organizations.

  • Chapter 13, “Making Champions of Your Children”

Chapter 13 explains the factors required to make champions of the people who are related to you in your personal and professional lives.

Focus on the 10 suggested keys that help in making champions of the people around you.
